Deja Frederick is a Carolina native, living and thriving in the beautiful city of Atlanta. Her passion for technology, art and progressive politics led her to the heart of Georgia in 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Master’s of Business Administration in International Business from Winthrop University. She studied abroad in Paris, France and Barcelona, Spain while earning her MBA - and continues to travel all over the world learning about art, business culture & international policy to fuel her passion for art & advocacy.


Deja worked for top brands such as The Home Depot, IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group), and PGA TOUR Supersture managing backend data system migrations supports implementation activities around the world from Atlanta, GA to Shanghai, China. While she has achieved much success in the corporate arena, driving global revenue impacting technology projects, her passion is to leverage her diverse experience to service emerging brands along their journey through her Fractional CMO services.


In 2018, Deja launched, The 411 Advisory which successfully encompasses the intersection between her corporate technology & marketing background, personal passion of art and heart for sociopolitical advocacy. Her passion also hits home philanthropically as she works in the community emphasizing the importance of incorporating art and technology into our public school system and illustrating it’s powerful benefits by advocating for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education policy.


Deja’s ultimate goal is to drive solutioning through leveraging the creative arts, innovative technology and helping businesses give back to their communities.
